Shipping Information and Delivery Charges
Normally orders received before 1.00pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time or during weekends and public/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Please expect delivery within 7 days or less via Royal Mail.
Please allow at least 9 days before notifying us of any suspected loss.
Delivery charges are calculated and charged according to the size and weight of the item as defined by Royal Mail.
UK orders
Orders to UK addresses will be sent via Royal Mail. They will be sent either First Class or by Second Class Recorded Delivery.
International Orders
Orders to all overseas addresses will be posted Airmail. If buyers want to seek tracking of their item(s) and/or additional compensation cover, they should contact us to arrange via email at love2iceskate@btinternet.com. An additional charge will be made for this service; this will be charged separately via Paypal. We strongly recommend this service for items valued over £30. We will not accept any liability if this option is not taken up for compensation and/or replacement of the item(s). If this option is taken, we will provide tracking information and details for the customer to seek compensation from the mail service provider, if necessary.
Returns and Refunds
Change of mind
Should you change your mind about any product, you have the right to return it within 7 days of receipt.
and advise us of the return. We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and the address to return it to. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt with the original packaging un-opened and with all tags/labels attached. The cost of returning the item is met by you. For items that are not faulty a credit note for the full cost of the item (not including the delivery postage) will be issued.
Please note that this right of cancellation does not apply where Goods are specifically made to your specification or personalised at your request.
Faults
Before packing, our products are checked for faults but in the unlikely event of a product falling short of the high quality we expect, please notify us immediately via love2iceskate@btinternet.com. We will then issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and the address to return it to. The item must be returned to us within 7 days. Once we receive the faulty item we will refund the cost of the item and the return postage. Alternatively we will send out a replacement item if requested by you.
Items returned without a Returns Authorisation Number will not be refunded or replaced. |
